(7) Dancing Liana broke a step slowly last time but rallied to finish second. (4) Teresa ran well enough in her last two starts to be a win contender against this field. (1) Noble Disguise debuted on the turf for Bill Mott last month and now is in for a tag and cuts back in distance.

3rd race [Clm 40000, 1 1/16 mi TURF] – (6) High Tide (C) was bet down from 6-1 to 7-2, got far behind in last, and rallied to get third. (5) Kuramata was a winner last time for a $32,000 tag defeating the Hot List horse. He finished in the top three in 8 out of his last 9 starts and was the favorite each time. (1) Paros will drop into a claimer after seven starts in allowance or starter races for Linda Rice. (3) So High won an allowance at Aqueduct in April and then tried a pair of Grade 2 stakes and a top-level allowance.

5th race [NY, Md 30000, 1 1/16 mi TURF] – (5) Janssen (A) stumbled at the start, was rank moving forward, and finished fourth. (1) A Lister set the pace and ended up second at this level two weeks ago. (9) Isomarshall had a third earlier in the year at Sam Houston and drops into a claimer for the first time in his fourth career start. (8) Malibu Margarita had the best finish of his career when he was third with a much-improved speed figure.

9th race [NY, Md Sp Wt, 1 1/16 mi TURF] – (6) Summer Whirl (A) made her debut during the Belmont at Saratoga meeting where she broke last and rallied for third for red-hot trainer Graham Motion. (5) Island Fox (B) was the 2-1 favorite in her first start in April at Aqueduct, broke slowly, went wide the entire race, and got fourth. She moves now from dirt to turf following an April layoff. (2) Alittlebitnaughty will make his 2024 debut for Belmont Stakes winning trainer Danny Gargan whose barn is red hot recently. Last year, he finished fourth and then third, was well bet, and gets blinkers on. (7) Sainte Chapelle was last seen finishing second against a strong field in November.

Best bets: Welcome Back Babe (2nd); Summer Whirl (9th). Best value: High Tide (3rd); Janssen (5th).
