2^nd race [NY, Md Sp Wt, 5 ½ F] – (3) Out On Bail (B) set the pace and finished second in his debut, well clear of the rest of the field. (2) Vamonos Vamonos was fourth in his first start in the same race as the top choice for Rudy Rodriguez who is good with young horses. (5) Chasing Cotton will run for the first time for a trainer that wins at a high percentage with firsters. (4) Classic Ruby will go for the first time for Rudy R.

4^th race [Md Sp Wt, 1 3/8 mi TURF] – (6) Ms Sedona was second in a large field at Keeneland back in April. (9) Jitterbug was third in her second start at 2-1 in a race that was scheduled for the turf. She got bumped and squeezed back to last and finished third. (2) Investment Process debuted at 7-1 in January at Gulfstream Park for Chad Brown and had to steady along the rail at the quarter pole. (7) Mizoula was well bet in three starts for the Clement barn and Irad stays on board.

7^th race [NY, Md 30000, 6F] – (1) Shehanah tried the turf last time and makes that big drop into a maiden claimer for the first time and cuts back on the dirt. (5) Going for Glory was second in her last two starts and blinkers go on. (8) Houdini’s Bride pressed the pace, had the lead, and lost by a nose last month. The horse that was third was a winner next time out. (9) Neigh Jude finished third following a seven month layoff and gets Irad now.

8^th race [OC 62k/N2X, 1 mi TURF] – (6) Alluring Angel will make her first start of the year after changing to the Chad Brown barn and getting Lasix for the first time. (1) Revalita drops out of four graded stakes races last year and finished fourth or better in each of them. She will also get Lasix. (5) Quarrel was fourth in her 2024 debut in the Beaugay (G3) at Aqueduct in a small but strong field. (7) Breath Away ended 2023 with a second in the Tropical Park Oaks at Gulfstream and is pasted stakes winner.

Best bets: Out On Bail (2^nd); Ms Sedona (4^th). Best value: Shehanah (7^th); Alluring Angel (8^th).
