3rd race [Clm 16000, 1 mi] – (2) Chocolate Shake won his last two starts and was taken for $10,000 last month. (6) Centavo has been racing against better and was a winner the last time he appeared at today’s level. (1) Daddy Knows was second in his last two races and was claimed both times. (4) Lord Captain makes a big drop down in class for Linda Rice having won for a $50,000 tag back in April.

4th race [Clm 25000, 1 mi] – (4) Bold Victory (B) raced seven wide, improved to third and changes to the barn of Gustavo Rodriguez. (5) Bourbon Calling had three top three finishes with a win for $20,000 tag from which he was claimed and then was third after getting moved up to the $40,000 level. (1) Tetsu and (1A) Mystic Night make a Michael Dubb entry where both of them are win contenders. (2) Blake B. was on the lead last time in a $40,000 race and drops back down to a more competitive level.

5th race [Clm 16000, 1 mi] – (6) Awesome Annmarie (B) broke poorly, tossed his head, was then rank, and takes a drop down in class. (3) Trade Secret finished third and then second in her last two starts and was claimed both times and now gets Irad Ortiz in the saddle. (2) Gringotts was a winner last time for a $10,000 tag. (8) Meraviglioso was third last month and got claimed for $12,500.

7th race [NY, Md Sp Wt, 6F TURF] – (7) Justheart (B) was tenth out of the gate, got blocked late in the race, and still finished second in his first try on the grass. (5) Heavenly Girl has a pair of seconds in turf sprints in her three-race career including last month at Aqueduct. (2) Fabulous Fox returns from a January layoff and gets Irad to take the mount. She has shown early speed in prior races. (8) Capital Spending retains the services of Flavien Prat for her third career start since April.

Best bets: Chocolate Shake (3rd); Awesome Annmarie (5th). Best value: Bold Victory (4th): Justheart (7th).
