nd race [Md 75000, 6 ½ F] – (1) Mr. Papagiorgio (B) got off to a slow start in his debut last month and rallied well for third. (5) Cage Match made two starts this spring at Aqueduct in maiden special weights and finished second and then third. Last time he was beaten by just a length as the favorite. (6) Dark Devil is expected to get loose on the lead again after setting the pace in his debut and finishing third for Linda Rice who usually does not win with first-time starters. (7) Betta Go Go Go finished ahead of the Hot List horse last time with the best race of his career.

th race [NY, Md Sp Wt, 6F] – (7) Bosun (A) was second in his debut last month at 2-1 after going seven wide and finished well ahead of the rest of the field. (1) Clancy Fancy made his first start of this year after two prior runs and gets blinkers on after finishing third. (2) Z Dancer brings 12 career starts with a pair of seconds since February. (3) Free Folk was second in his first start which was in February at Mahoning Valley at 6-1 and shows up now as a new gelding.

th race [Md Sp Wt, 1 mi] – (6) Remember the Chief (B) was 5-1 in his first career start and finished third for a trainer that rarely wins with debut runners. (7) Military Road ships up from Florida where he spent the winter for the Clement barn and hit the board all three times. (5) Foxhole was a heavy favorite in both starts when he finished second at Saratoga by a nose and then at Aqueduct for Todd Pletcher. (4) Commander of Truth was fifth in his debut last year at 3-1 and gets first-time Lasix.

th race [NY, OC 80K/N1X] – (1) Walk With Me (A) raced wide on an inside favoring track and finished second as the favorite while dropping down from a stakes race. Blinkers go on. (6) P Mutter Pickle won her debut at Aqueduct in November by more than eight lengths and then set the pace against winners to finish second. As a 3-year-old she gets Lasix for the first time and should be the pacesetter. (5) Tough Love Torres rallied from last in a field of 10 to win his first start at 5-1 and the third-place finisher came back to win her next start. (4) Five to Two broke his maiden in her sixth start after getting a check in all of her other races.

Best bets: Bosun (5th); Walk With Me (8th). Best value: Mr. Papagiorgio (2nd); Remember the Chief (7th).
