1st race [OC50k/SAL50k, 6F] – (5) Iridescent has been racing against better in stakes races and allowances. The last time he ran at this level, he was a winner in January. (6) Collected Special was a front-end winner in March in one of these starter allowances and then tried an allowance. (1) Stormquist and (1A) Remember the Name form a Linda Rice entry where both are win contenders. (3) In a Minute was second just behind Collected Special two races ago.
4th race [Clm 35000 N3L, 1 mi] – (1) Nineteen Oysters hit the board in all three of his starts this year with a third in a starter allowance last time and a second in the N3L condition before that when he was claimed for $25,000. (2) Harvard came back from a 19 month layoff in February and ran well against tougher company each time. (8) Pineapple Man was an easy winner of his N2L condition two starts ago. (4) Mo Rewards has been racing on the grass against harder competition and also cuts back to sprinting.
5th race [OC35k/SAL, 6F TURF] – (5) Roja Ligera (B) got shut off and clipped heels with a furlong left to go. (4) Linarite returns from the winter off after hitting the board in 7 out of 9 turf starts. (6) Atmidnight was a debut winner at Colonial Downs last summer and then raced in a pair of stakes and allowances. She will try this level for the first time. (1) River Tay made her first start of the year on the dirt to prepare for her return to the turf where she was a maiden winner at Saratoga. (10) Will Be Famous (A) is entered for Main Track Only.
7th race [NY, Alw 80000 N1X, 6F] – (8) Rollin in Dough was a debut winner at Aqueduct in December for Jonathan Thomas and then was second in a first level allowance. He will run with Lasix for the first time. (7) Heavyweight Champs ran in a pair of New York Stallion Series stakes races, will get blinkers on, and gets Lasix again. (1) Independent Paul moves back to state-bred racing for the first time since breaking his maiden five starts ago. (3) Starquist was fifth last time after an 11-month layoff and should move forward.
Best bets: Iridescent (1st) Rollin in Dough (7th). Best value: Nineteen Oysters (4th); Roja Ligera (5th).
