st race [Md Sp Wt, 7F] – (3) Vespera (B) was sent off at 4-1 for her debut at Aqueduct where she broke alertly, dropped back due to kickback, and rallied for third. (6) Kiss Me Slow made her first start in July for Chad Brown at 3-1 and finished third behind the filly that returned to win the Alcibiades at Keeneland. (5) Sharp Smile will make her second start for Brad Cox and gets blinkers on. (7) Ice Cream Boat faced a very strong field in her first start and ran fourth at 6-1 for Repole and Pletcher.

nd race [Clm 25000B, 6 ½ F] – (7) Heard On Thestreet (B) was jostled around early in the race, got the lead, and finished third. (1) Collected Special has a pair of wins in starter allowances and has three career victories. (2) Watasha comes out of the same race as the Hot List horse and got jostled around also. For him, the blinkers come off. (4) Magia Nera was second by a head in his last two starts which were in N3L claimers.

rd race [Knickerbocker (G3), 1 1/8 mi TURF] – (3) Fort Washington was third in Bernard Baruch at Saratoga last month and won the Monmouth Cup (G3) in June. (4) Reckoning Force is a past stakes winner and last time was fourth in the Mint Million (G3) at Kentucky Downs. (2) Andthewinneris missed by a nose in a top-level allowance at Aqueduct three weeks ago for Chad Brown. (1) Redistricting will return from a December layoff when he travelled to Del Mar for the Hollywood Derby (G1) for Brown.

th race [Md Sp Wt, 6F TURF] – (7) City of Oscars was second at Kentucky Downs in his second start for Mark Casse. (5) Moment’s Notice moves from three starts on the dirt to the turf for a good grass sire. (10) King Express is another Casse runner and he is exiting a second-place finish at Colonial Downs. (6) Social Hour was third against a very strong field where the winner went on to victory in the Iroquois (G3).

Best bets: Vespera (1st); City of Oscars (6th). Best value: Heard On Thestreet (2nd); Fort Washington (3rd).
