1st race [Md Sp Wt, 6F TURF] – (9) Hit That Review had two turf sprints at Kentucky tracks and ran third and then second. (7) My Man Magoo has been training extensively since July for his debut start. (2) Midnight Vengeance sold for $300,000 from a sire with a $40,000 stud fee and will make his first start for Todd Pletcher. (5) Nod to Tran rallied from last to finish fourth in his first start three weeks ago.

3rd race [Clm 35000B, 7F] – (2) Watasha will make his 2024 debut for a new trainer at a level at which he was successful last year when he was frequently claimed. (7) Debate moves back to the dirt after trying the turf. He often raced against tougher competition in starter allowances. (1) Text for Charging won a $40,000 N2L claimer two races back. (8) Parkerness was second by a nose after pressing the pace in his first start of 2024 in an allowance at Timonium.

5th race [Clm 40000 N2L, 6F TURF] – (8) Reflexivity will drop into a claiming race for the first time after a series of competitive allowance appearances. (9) Amy’s Light was third in a starter allowance in her only race on the grass. (4) Miss Bourbon switched to the turf after a four-month layoff and finished third with the best speed figure of her career. (5) Justheart broke her maiden last time closing from ninth to get up by a nose.

6th race [NY, Md Sp Wt, 6F] – (8) Gattatiz (B) moves from turf to dirt after her fourth-place debut in which she looked like a horse that needed a start. (1) Boston’s Phinest was fourth in her debut at 9-2 for Chad Brown behind a horse that came back to win her next start. (5) Immigration Law makes her first start for Bruce Levine who has excellent stats with debut runners. (11) Lady Delilah will be making her first start and is a daughter of Solomini, who is a successful first-year sire in New York.

Best bets: Hit That Review (1st); Reflexivity (5th). Best value: Watasha (3rd); Gattatiz (6th).
