(7) Makar trained at Saratoga but did not run there and returns after a two-month layoff and drops down in class.

8th race [OC 62k/N2X, 1 1/8 mi] – (5) Costa Terra ran three times at Saratoga and won a first level allowance followed by two narrow losses at today’s condition. (3) Film Star ran first or second in his last seven races and could get loose on the lead in this field. (4) Iron Works got a short freshening by Todd Pletcher and should be forwardly placed. (2) Wild Banker has been in good form this year and won 6 out of 7 times at Aqueduct.

Best bets: Fontanafredda (2nd); Costa Terra (8th). Best value: Vin Santo (5th); Moving Pictures (7th).
