5th race – (2) Quinquela is working forwardly for her career debut. She gets the nod here. (6) Citizen Judy was second last time and should be the main rival. 6th race – (8) Sgt. Pepper rallied wide last time and may work out a better trip today. (2) Cyber Ninja has nice late speed and could be the key threat. (1) Relampago Verde exits a maiden win for Kentucky Derby-winning connections. (10) Domingo fits in nicely but drew a rough post. Betting strategy: 8 to win, place.  Exacta box: 1-2-8-10.

9th race – (8) Winfromwithin (B) should benefit from his last try in a sprint and produce a better effort here. (10) Just Might has plenty of speed and will be the one to catch in the final furlong. (7) Cherubic Factor will welcome a quick pace. (4) Remuda runs well when fresh. Betting strategy: 8 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-7-8-10.
