7th race – (2) Sure Can (A) was a good second in his turf debut and should get the job done today. (5) Tactical Joke debuts for Ward and should be a threat here. 8th race – (3) Peachy Weachy was claimed by Maker out of a winning effort and can make it two in a row here. (2) Perfect Grace has not raced in more than a year, but Pletcher excels at having his runners ready after long layoffs. (5) Three Witches adds blinkers and has been working sharply.
