1st race – (5) Heathguard missed by a neck in his debut at Tampa and should graduate today. (8) Victoria’s Chief was second last time and looks like the main rival. (7) Aaron hasn’t raced since July but is working nicely for his return. (3) Fortheloveofart adds blinkers and may improve. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-5-7-8. 2nd race – (3) Adios Asher (C) dropped from 2-1 to 8-5 and finished a game third while racing wide. Make amends for that loss here. (2) Quite Ready may appreciate the switch to Tapeta off the Maker claim. (5) Toretto has some speed and may hang around until the end. (1) Forty Flash steps up off a win and is worth a look. 4th race – (4) Collaborate was third against a much tougher field and looks best here. (5) Yes I’m a Beast was second in his last two starts and can make it three in a row. (6) Picking Up Pennies exits a Grade 3 stakes and merits attention. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-5-6. Doubles: 4-5-6 with 1-3-9-11.

5th race – (9) Meetmeatthebeach (A) missed by a neck in her debut and should break her maiden here, (1) Face the Music is a firster for Joseph who can make her presence felt here. (11) Krabi is another firster who should be a factor here. (3) Our Fortune Cookie was third in her debut and cannot be overlooked. Betting strategy: 9 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-9-11.

7th race – (4) Snow Princess debuts for Mott who has enjoyed good success with his firsters of late. (7) Accede makes her first start for Brown and seems ready for a big effort.
