1st race – (3) Dundie has enough speed to lead throughout at this level. (5) Golden Sombrero might like Tapeta. (1) Aquarius Moon could be a threat from the rail. (7) Motown Punk should pose a late threat. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-5-7. Doubles: 1-3-5-7 with 3-7-9-10.

2nd race – (3) Curlin’s Kitten (A) was a troubled second in his turf debut and can make amends here. (9) Charge Off should be a contender at this level. (7) Flat Top Box missed by a nose and will be a force here. (10) For the Chief fits nicely here. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-7-9-10.

5th race – (5) Mac to Moore had traffic issues when fourth by less than two lengths. Should work out a win here. (6) Artemis Sound missed by a neck and is the one to fear.  (9) Moon Spun is an interesting firster. (7) Parade Ring might bounce back in this spot. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 5-6-7-9. Doubles: 5-6-7-9 with 2-3-6-7.

6th race – (6) Blueish was third in her first crack at winners and may hang on today in a claimer. (7) Naughty Favors comes off a nice maiden win and merits respect. (2) Unrelentless could be a threat in this field. (3) Scootaloo could grab a share of the purse.  Betting strategy: 6 to win, place.  Exacta box: 2-3-6-7.

9th race – (6) Latte Lizzie has raced well enough on turf to be the top pick here. (5) Gild the Lily is an first-time starter with intriguing credentials. (3) Jessamine Hill rallied late for second in her debut and belongs in the exotics. (1) Redo will benefit from a rail trip. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-5-6.
