Keeneland Crafted Winter Events Offer New and Returning Unique Dining Experiences to Public

Winter event tickets on sale beginning Wed., Oct. 18 on Keeneland.com/crafted

Keeneland Hospitality, Keeneland’s culinary and special events team, has announced several offerings in its stable of unique experiences available this winter through its Keeneland Crafted brand.

Both new and returning ticketed events for the public to enjoy will be available from December 2023 through February 2024. These curated events include:

·       A Taste of Keeneland, To-Go (Dec. 1 - 21): For the first three weeks of December, guests will be able to carry out some of Keeneland’s most popular recipes. Both the world-famous Keeneland Burgoo and Maker’s Mark Bread Pudding will be available for purchase by the public. Offerings will come pre-packaged and ready to reheat and serve.

·       Holiday Tea (Dec. 14, Dec. 15 and Dec. 16). Three dates will be available this year for one of Keeneland Crafted’s most anticipated holiday events. Located in the Keeneland Clubhouse overlooking the Paddock, the gourmet high tea luncheon will be prepared by Executive Chef Lyle James. Live music will accompany the experience. Tickets are $50 per person.

·       Dining in the Dark (Feb. 1 and Feb. 22). For a dining experience unlike any other, guests will enjoy a five-course dinner while blindfolded. An adventure for daring gastronomes, the deprivation of sight during the meal will allow guests to tap into their heightened senses, enhancing the enjoyment of each dish. Chef Marc Therrien will narrate the entire culinary journey, and curated cocktails and wine pairings will complement the evening. Tickets are $200 per person.

Tickets for all three Keeneland Crafted winter events go on sale at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18. For more details, visit Keeneland.com/crafted
