(7)  Timberlake didn’t fire in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile but finished first and second in Grade 1 stales prior to that. Seems ready to start his 3-year-old campaign with a victory.  (12) Woodcourt won his last two and seems to be on a nice upswing. Might work out a good trip despite the post. (11) Just Steel was second in his last two tries, both stakes over the track. Cannot be ignored. (2) Northern Flame comes off a nice win over the track and should like the distance. Betting strategy: 7 to win. Exacta and trifecta box: 2-7-11-12.
