COMMENTS: 

DISCO EBO won six of 10 starts at the distance and has fired on fast or wet tracks, rain is in the forecast. APPLE PICKER has one race at Pimlico. It was at this level. It was and easy win and her career best race. LATE FROST finished in the money in seven of her eight races. Something went wrong in the lone miss as she has been off since. SWEET SHILD O MINE cuts back from a mile after leading into the stretch.

MR SKYLIGHT won his last two races and has been near the front in all three. A 3 furlong bullet work says he will be forward here too. FROST FREE ran the highest last race speed figure. A repeat would be good enough. CATAHOULA MOON has some flexibility in running style as he can win from the front or back. PETINGAS TWIN will sit in a stalking position and try to run by late but tends to hang late.

COMMENTS: 

FLUFFY SOCKS is the only horse in the race to show triple digit speed figure ability in her last 10. She is an easy winner if she can come close to that effort. ASCENDANCY exploded her early pace numbers last out against a better field. Any improvement and she might be the most mispriced horse on the card. SWEET DANI GIRL runs her best close to the front and that is where she should be. BLISSFUL could have won six of her last seven with a little racing luck.

COMMENTS: 

PRINCE OF JERICHO could benefit from cutting back from 7 furlongs and has a fast workout between races. SUPER CHOW wants to be forward and will likely be on the lead at the half mile marker. COASTAL MISSION makes the classic third start after a layoff and the third up was by far the best in the last three race cycle. PREVALENCE is trending in the right direction and improved his pace numbers from gate to wire in his last, usually a sign of good form.

ABRUMAR ran much faster early fractions and faded last out. This one should be more moderate and a cut back in distance helps. FULMINEO is a closer that is going to wear blinkers for the first time, meaning his trainer may want a quicker start. SPEEDYNESS is not that far from winning six of the last seven races. His off track record hints at first turf success. CRYSTAL QUEST won his last three races with better fractions in his last and won his only effort at the distance.

IMPERIAL GUN is a consistent performer with his two best performances with Joel Rosario riding like today

This is probably the most wide open race of the weekend. BEATBOX drops in class after showing more early pace last out and usually dominates at the end. EMMANUEL is just a half length from winning his last five Grade III races. FUNTASTIC AGAIN has four solid workouts including a 5 furlong bullet work in his last session prepping for today. ADHAMO just needs to run a little better than his average race to take home the top prize.

IMAGINATION catches an ideal pace set up. He should be on the lead versus a field of horses that prefer to run middle back. Wire to wire if he wins. CATCHING FREEDOM just needs a little better start and should be closer to the front than usual versus this group. MYSTIK DAN could be in top form in his third race off the bench but is yet to win in back to back starts. UNCLE HEAVY looks as good or better than the rest. Why not take the longshot odds.
