st race [NY, Md Sp Wt, 5 ½ F TURF] – (8) Marco T. (B) was taken up between horses and then rallied clear for third just behind a horse that came back to win her next start. (12) Kant Call It is a win contender if she draws in from the Also Eligible List having set the pace in her debut and finished fourth behind a horse that won back impressively. (7) Pretty Up was 4-1 in her debut just two weeks ago, had some trouble out of the gate, and now gets blinkers on. (9) Gioia Mia has been working well for her first start for David Donk who is a good turf trainer.

rd race [NY, West Point, 1 1/16 mi TURF] – (6) Spirit of St Louis (A) used a big turn of foot to easily win his second allowance race in a row. (2) Dakota Gold has top three finishes in her last three starts which were all in stakes races with two against state-breds and most recently was a neck behind in the Lure against open company. (3) City Man is a 6-year-old veteran with 10 career victories including the state-bred Kingston back in May. (5) Jerry the Nipper has four top three finishes recently with a pair of wins in open company allowances.

th race [NY, Md Sp Wt, 7F] – (2) Clever Forever (A) made his debut back in November where he drifted back to last but then made a late rally to finish fourth. (5) Flying in Style had a third and a second in his two starts. He stumbled a bit out of the gate at Saratoga at the beginning of the month. (7) Rocket and Roll returns from a January layoff after three starts against open company at Oaklawn Park and Keeneland with a second and a third. (9) Refuah has 10 second-place finishes and three in the show spot from 17 career starts.

th race [NY, Seeking the Ante, 6F] – (5) Concerti (B) got bumped twice at the start of her debut and then won impressively by more than three lengths at 5-2. (4) Tricky Temper (A) won her first career start as a heavy favorite after she broke slowly, raced greenly, and then won by almost five lengths. (1) Caldwell Luvs Gold (A) was another impressive debut winner but she climbed early and then settled down to win by almost three lengths beating a horse that won on Friday easily. (2) My Shea D Lady has been training at Saratoga after breaking her maiden at first asking at Gulfstream Park as the 9-5 favorite.

Best bets: Marco T. (1st); Spirit of St Louis (3rd). Best value: Clever Forever (6th); Concerti (7th).
