COMMENTS: MR PHIL is a head from winning three in a row. He usually makes a strong mid move and rans some of his fastest fraction to date in his last. JAXON TRAVELER chased MR PHIL around the track in his last outing. He could improve enough in the third start after a layoff to make up the difference today. DISCO PHAROAH made easy work of the competition in his last two races and has a fast workout getting prepped for today. FULL AUTHORITY will hope the frontrunners go too fast and capitalize at the wire.

COMMENTS: IN A HURRY just fell short in her last start and could improve enough in her second start off the bench to hang on this time with a little more late punch. TECHNICAL ANALYSIS has three wins and a third in four at the distance. Shes probably going to be the favorite but her numbers are so much better than the rests to warrant very low odds. CRYSTAL CLIFFS has hit the board in seven of seven races and will be flying at the end. The concern is that she might not get a a lot of pace to chase. FOGGY DREAMS will try to take them gate to wire with the right fractions.

COMMENTS: FILLIE DESPRITs last race was better than it looks on paper as she ran similar fractions at 1 mile as she did in the previous start at 7 furlongs. STREET LUTE is a big fan of the distance with three wins, a second and third in five races. She has a really nice workout between races. CILLA is another thats a fan of 6 furlongs with three wins and a second in four tries. OXANA ran the top last race speed figure, increasing the number in the fourth straight race.

COMMENTS: BEACON HILL finished in the money in five of six on turf and has some of the top pedigree scores in the field. ENGLISH BEE could be the pacesetter. He wired the field the last time he was the frontrunner. SET PIECE should be as good, maybe a little better in his second start after a layoff and the extra distance today could help. ATONE is another the stands to show more in his second run off the sidelines. He owns some of the best late legs in this group.

COMMENTS: OLD HOMESTEAD is undefeated in three and hit triple digits on the speed gun in his last. COGBURN missed as the favorite in his last. Trainer Steven Asmussen rebounds at 25 percent the next time around the track. WHELEN SPRINGS never finished off the board in five on a fast track and in six at the distance. COMMENTS: JOE has four wins and a second on a fast track and Pimlico should be hard and fast on Saturday. READY TO PURRFORM won his first two start before shipping to Del Mar. He looks to get back to form and gets Lasix for the first time. RIOT HOUSE won both of his 2022 starts, both of which were at a mile and he has a bullet workout between races. COMMENTS: UNIKEEs last race was better than it looks as his fractions were as fast at 7 furlongs as they were at 6 furlongs. B DAWK got the maiden score with an 11 length win, which produced the highest last race speed figure. BROOKLYN DIAMONDS won his debut with a power move in the stretch and then came back to run a solid second in the mud. He should be better in his second route run. ETHEREAL ROAD has faced the stiffest competition during his run on the road to the Kentucky Derby. The Pace setup might not be to his favor here.

COMMENTS: GRATEFUL BRED is undefeated in two at Pimlico and is coming off one of his better starts with a bullet work between races. CAROTARI is probably the most consistent performer in the field. He might not have the most upside but probably has the lowest downside. HOLLIS ran the highest last race speed figure in a GIII at Oaklawn Park. COMMENTS: EARLY VOTING is a neck from being undefeated. He should be ready to go with a bullet work on May 13th. EPICENTER will likely be the heavy favorite. If he runs the same race as he did in the Kentucky Derby, he is likely an easy winner. However, he ran hard in the Derby and might have left some at Churchill. SECRET OATH will take a lot of action coming off the strong Kentucky Oaks performance. She will need some pace help to get the Preakness title too. SKIPPYLONGSTOCKING last raced on April 9th and has three strong workouts since.
