Group Reservations in the Lexington/Kentucky Room


Located on the fourth floor overlooking the scenic Keeneland track, the Lexington/Kentucky Room is an exceptional dining option for a day at the races! Guests can come and go from the reserved table throughout the day to watch horses in the paddock or the races on the track apron!

Group Reservation requests are accepted on February 3rd and February 4th. An online form will appear on this page at 9 a.m. on February 3rd.

Group reservations are capped at 100 guests. If requesting more than one date, you will only be accepted for one date, if chosen.

There is no guarantee all requests will be filled due to limited availability.

Keeneland reserves the right to deny requests that are associated with ticket brokers.

All drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are NOT INCLUDED in the price.
Available for groups on select Wednesdays, Thursdays & Sundays

A La Carte snacks and cocktail service available for purchase throughout the day.
Cancellation PolicyIf you need a refund on any of your tables, you must notify the ticket office 2 weeks before your arrival date. No refunds will be given after that time. You have to return whole tables.
Arrival TimeGuests must arrive by 1:15 p.m. on the day of their reservation or their table will be resold and tickets will be invalid. 
Room opens at 11 a.m. Buffet is available 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Desserts and Snacks are available until 4pm.
Gratuity PolicyA 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to food and beverage for all groups of 8 or more in the dining rooms.

Dress Code

GentlemenTailored suit or sport coat and dress slacks. Dress shirt with collar and necktie. Dress shoes or loafers. Suit coats are expected to always remain on. Hats are to be removed when seated in the dining room. 
LadiesDress, dress top and skirt or pantsuits. One piece jumpsuits should fall below the knee. Dress shoes or dress sandals. 
Not PermittedNo denim regardless of color or type, this includes denim jackets or pants designed to resemble jeans. No shorts, including rompers. No athletic attire, including athleisure leggings. No visible midriffs (defined as the mid-region of the torso between the chest and the waist). No flip-flops. No clothing with offensive or explicit messaging. No sashes, badges, tiaras or other novelty items for birthdays or bachelor/bachelorette celebrations. 

Dress code rules do not apply to children 12 and under.
